LeanFab Laser Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2018 by a team of experienced manufacturing professionals who set out to build a precision sheet metal fabrication facility run on lean manufacturing principles — minimal waste, fast changeovers, and consistent first-time-right quality.
From a single CNC laser and bending machine at launch, the facility has grown into a state-of-the-art manufacturing setup in Ranjangaon, Pune, now running three CNC laser cutting machines, three CNC bending machines, four MIG/MAG welding stations, and a dedicated assembly & testing line — certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
We cater to a wide range of sheet metal fabrication and assembly requirements — from prototype quantities to multi-ton production runs — with the quick delivery and competitive pricing that comes from running a lean, owner-managed operation rather than a large bureaucratic one.
